Remain Positive

Thank YOU LORD! YOU make all things possible!

Grand Rising!

Guess what Ya’ll?  I have been working towards staying positive and not attaching to any negative energy, low vibrations, thoughts, or outcomes. Even when I have moments where I feel unbalanced, uncertain, or unsure (negative).  I realized that if I can recognize when I am starting to feel that way, I can call it out, pray and ask the LORD for help so that I can rebalance my energy and become positive again.

I was listening to a truly enlightened sister on a video post and she said that she had accepted that in her life she was going to experience both highs and lows. She recognized that what she needed to do was to be able to acknowledge it, learn the lesson and rebalance her energy. Her thought process was that we can’t always be at a state of flat line or static (unchanging) because then we aren’t learning, experiencing, or growing.

We can always pray and ask the LORD to help us understand what it is we need to understand (the lesson or purpose). We can meditate, journal, focus on positive thoughts and actions and eventually our energy will balance back out. We can also take that time to reflect introspectively (figure out) what triggers us and why. Innately, we know this we…. just have to learn to acknowledge and accept it as truth.

(Believe it when it is revealed to us)

I believe we all experienced the dark night of the soul these last couple of months. We all lost something….people we loved, livelihoods, places we wanted to go, things we wanted to do, interactions we wanted to have, etc.…. It’s like being put on punishment. We had to sit in the house and reflect on what we needed to change and do differently.

So now we get the opportunity to take what we learned and move forward. We can either revert into our old habits or we can move forward with a new and improved us! Full of positivity….yet understanding we still have things we have to work on because we are not perfect.

The flip side of this is, as we change there will be people who aren’t comfortable with the new us because they may feel threatened, or like the old us because we were in a state of negative/low energy. So, if they can trigger us by their actions or their words, they believe they can get us to go back to our old selves, habits, and ways of thinking. Truthfully, the choice is ours and with the LORD’S help we can always choose to go forward in positivity. If those people cannot accept that we have changed for the better then they must be left where they are standing…..until they change their mind and perceptions about who we really are. (Our new positive selves)

In other words, they can stand by the tree looking for the caterpillar or recognize the butterfly in the air.

Remember.…. never in the history of nature have we seen a Butterfly go back into its’ cocoon.

Best Regards, The Brown Eyed Girl
