INNATE ATMOSPHERES - RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

RETURN PROCESS

  • To return an item, please email customer service at info@innateatm.com to obtain a Return form and a return shipping label
  • Place the item securely in its original packaging with Proof of Purchase (a copy of the sales invoice), and the Return form.
  • Securely seal the package and affix the Return shipping label and drop off at your nearest

UPS drop off location

  • Once the item is received and inspected the customer will receive a confirmation email with the approved amount to be refunded
  • Refund will be processed within (5) business days of the email confirmation.

CANCELLING PRODUCTS/ ORDERS

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to cancel a product/order. Send an email to info@innateatm.com including your name, contact information, & order number. Please advise if you are cancelling a product or the entire order. Any necessary refunds will be processed within 3 business days of your cancellation acknowledgement email from Innate Atmospheres. Refunds will be applied in the same manner of original payment and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return. Your refund amount will be based on the condition of the merchandise and the circumstances of the return. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be applied in the same manner of original payment and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been obviously used, worn, washed or missing its original tags
  • Items missing the sales invoice
  • Bodysuits, Swimwear, Lingerie, Underwear
  • Sunglasses missing the original case and/or tags
  • Masks
  • Body Jewelry and Ear-Piercing Kits (including Belly Rings, Nose Rings, Eyebrow Rings, Captive Hoops, Ear Tapers, Ear Plugs, Circular Horseshoes)
  • Cosmetics or Skincare that do not have the hygiene seal intact

For defective or damaged products, please email us upon receipt of the damaged or defective merchandise at info@innateatm.com with pictures and details so that the return process can be initiated.
